Feeling vaguely blank at the moment. Did an old usual exercise routine that I had set aside for awhile so the muscles had to reacclimate - a good thing. Have a half day of work, then lots of prep for the holiday weekend. Just feeling momentarily stalled out.
Megumi will not be able to join us. They just returned from St. Cloud and Yuki isn't feeling well. He has two auditions next week and WSMA at the end of the month so they want to concentrate on getting his health up. Dad will try to leave Point around 7:30 am to pick you up by 10:00. Looking forward to seeing you (and your laundry).
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 108 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:15 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice multigrain flaxseed toast, 1 tbl nutella, medium banana
6:15 pm 4 oz riesling, 5 oz salmon, creamed pea sauce, 2/3 c veggie blend, medium crusted baked potato w/skin, 1 tbl sour cream, small baguette w/butter, 1 c chocolate mousse parfait
