Almost forgot to do the blog/food log steps this morning. Wondered why I had extra time leftover. Guess brain isn't hitting on all cylinders yet.

7:00 am Blueberry scone, 147 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
9:30 am 2 Nestle Crunch eggs
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice multigrain flaxseed toast, 1 tbl nutella
1:30 pm 70 g honey crisp apple
3:30 pm Handi-Snack sugar-free Creamy Caramel pudding cup
6:00 pm 95 g turkey leg, 1/2 c red potatoes, 1 tsp butter, 1/3 Healthy Weight veggie blend, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
