Already April is starting to march by. If spring were actually here, it would probably seem to fly by even faster. Does that mean I should be thankful for the snow/cold/yuck? I haven't even had the courage to look out the window yet today.

I'm feeling better about getting back on track with food consumption. For awhile there, it seemed like I was letting my portions grow a little and being less careful about snacks. Don't want to slip off the wagon so soon after I got here! I don't want to be obsessive, but I know how easy it is for me to slip back into bad habits.

Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Life, 1/2 c skim milk, 155 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11;45 am Mediterranean wrap: tortilla, 4 oz grilled chicken, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese, dark greens
2:45 pm 90 calorie Quaker oatmeal/honey granola bar
6:30 pm 2 eggs scrambled w/1/3 c green pepper, 1/3 chopped tomato, 1/4 c shredded Swiss cheese, slice whole wheat toast, 1 tsp margarine, 1 tbl raspberry jam, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, brownie
8:45 pm 8 oz diet A&W
