Happy April Fool's Day! God's idea of an April Fool's joke was sending some snowflakes to grace the morning. Will it ever go away?

I feel quite a bit better rested today, thank heaven. I had felt half asleep Monday and Tuesday so I kind of feel like I'm just starting my week today. Not sure if I might be fighting some kind of bug because I've also had a hard time maintaining a comfortable body temperature. I seem to get so cold.

Sounds like you have some firm job offers starting to come in? I'd love to hear all about the details! Congratulations!

Food:

7:00 am 1/2 c Grape Nuts Trail Mix Maple & Brown Sugar, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 202 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, blueberry scone
3:00 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix
6:15 pm 4 oz pork steak, 1/2 c Stove Top stuffing, 1 c asparagus, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk



Exercise:

5:05-5:55 am Winsor Pilates Accelerated video - most of the Patrick exercises except the crunches; okay but nothing special
8:25-8:40 pm Treadmill 3 mph, 5% incline in new hiking boots
