Had to alter my weekly routine a bit - gasp! Have to pick up a young man in Plover and get him to the psychiatrist's office on Hwy 66 by 7:15 am, so I'll have to leave here by 6:45 am. Decided it was better to skip morning workout today and do it tomorrow instead on my "regular" skip day.
Last ever regular parent-teacher conferences tonight. Can't say I'll miss having to stand in lines outside teacher offices.
Food:
6:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 175 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
9:00 am 1 mini chocolate chip cookie, 3 oz bananas foster cappucino
11:30 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, hot cross bun
3:00 pm Slice rum cake
6:45 pm 3 oz chicken breast, 1 tbl barbecue sauce, 1/2 c Kashi moroccan curry whole grain pilaf, 2/3 c green beans, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 5 Fiesta malted milk eggs
