Did not really sleep very well last night. Wasn't so much tossing and turning, but coming to wakefulness about every hour. I could fall back asleep, but it made the night seem long and not productive sleep. I'm afraid I'll be cranky again today. I felt the onset of crankiness in the evening yesterday, and I don't feel much better now. Sigh...
On the bright side, I've pretty much dropped the extra pounds that have been there since Door Co. Scale was 125.4 this am.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Raisin Bran Extra, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
12:00 pm Strawberry soy shake, slice multigrain flaxseed toast, 1 tbl nutella, medium banana
2:15 pm 1/4 c pumpkin spice trail mix, 1 Dove heart, 1 wintergreen LifeSaver
5:45 pm 1 1/2 c Moroccan 3-bean stew, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:00 pm 1+ tbl brownie batter, 1.25 brownies
