Did the Jane Fonda weight training video this morning - felt good to use weights after a few days with mostly core strength training. I really like changing off my routine regularly. Keeps the novelty in workouts.

12:15 pm 2 crab rangoon, 1 small egg roll, 4 small pc california roll, 1/4 c rice noodles, 1/2 c sesame beef, 1/2 c hibachi beef/shrimp/veggies, wedge honeydew, 1/4 c shredded lettuce/carrots/1 tbl ginger dressing, 2 lg mushrooms in soy sauce, small cream puff, tea
3:30 pm Bag satellite wafers
6:30 pm Half a cheese fry, Chobani 0% peach yogurt, 1 c Quaker Oatmeal Squares, 1/2 c skim milk
