Running a little slow this morning, but did forego watching the good ice skaters to get some sleep and protect my health last night. I suspect I can catch most of the missed performances on YouTube if I really want to see them.

Felt good to do a Pilates mat after a long hiatus. I need to do it more frequently as I almost forgot what to do next a couple of times.

Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, cereal
10:30 am 1"x2" German chocolate caramel bar
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice Arnold's 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, 148 g strawberries, 78 g cucumbers
12:45 pm 1 square Dove bar
5:45 pm 2 mini slices vegetable bread, 2/3 tbl butter, 8 med sauteed scallops, 1 1/2 c broccoli, salad, 1/4 c bleu cheese crumbles, 5 oz riesling
