Tonight's the night for Chocolate Decadence - eat til ya puke! Will shoot for plenty of fruits and veggies and minimal snacks during the day.

Still feeling the tender area around the tailbone from last week's fall. Makes some exercises a bit more uncomfortable.

Why are you a gigantic dork?



Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
12:00 pm 1 tamale, 1/2 c Mexican rice, 1/3 c refried beans, chips and salsa, water w/lemon
2:30 pm Clementine, 2 LifeSavers
