Hello, February! Temps are still cold, but there's hope for better (at least in a couple of months). Woke up overheated in the night dreaming I had a fever - weird! A little sore today, but otherwise okay. Didn't sleep well all night though.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, Healthy Life wheat bun, serving sloppy joes, 101 g blueberries, clementine
3:30 pm Small peanut butter cookie, clementine
6:00 pm Swiss cheese spaetzle casserole, 2/3 c green beans, 12 oz light original soy milk
