Mon 30 Jan

Hope you had a good time in Mpls and didn't party too hard.

I'll be ready to move on back to more variety in my exercise program after I finish the 6 weeks of this program. It's good, but doing the same thing every day does start to get old.

Yummy supper! We bought a package of precooked chicken sausage links with smoked mozzarella with artichokes and garlic from Costco this weekend. I took two links and chopped them into slices, sauteed them with onion, green pepper, and portabella mushrooms, and added some arrabiata sauce and shredded parmesan over whole grain pasta. I'm sure the links would also be good in a variety of other ways, but this was a winner!
