This morning my alarm clock would not shut off when I hit either the snooze or the off buttons. I had to sit up, turn on the light, read the manual (which was useless), and then just unplug it to shut it up. Fortunately for Dad, he had been restless and gone downstairs to sleep on the couch in the middle of the night so he wasn't treated to the lights and sounds of frustration.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
10:45 am 3/4 c popcorn (Fleet Farm)
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 1 1/2 c leftover udon w/veggies & 1 shrimp
12:45 pm 1 pc English toffee
2:15 pm White chocolate peppermint pretzel rod
6:15 pm Casserole w/whole grain rotini, cubed ham, sauteed onions, peppers, bella mushrooms, shredded cheddar; 2/3 c green beans, 12 oz skim milk, dark chocolate sea salt caramel
