Tired this morning. Not sure why as I got a full, good night's sleep. Probably due to the cold as it's truly a wintry weather day today. I'm bundled in Cuddleduds and wool, though, so I think I'm ready.

Tried to motivate to go to the gym after work but I'm just sort of zombie-esque today and couldn't do it.



Food:

7:00 am Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, blueberries, protein powder, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 89 g raspberries, coffee
12:00 pm Vanilla soy shake, 65 g ham, slice whole wheat bread, orange
1:30 pm Small homemade Snickers bar
3:30 pm 2 chocolate pizzelles
4:45 pm 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
5:30 pm 1 1/2 c moroccan 3-bean stew, 1/4 c diced ham, 12 oz skim milk, 4 TJ's dark chocolate star cookies
