Forgot to drink some water before exercising this morning and noticed a definite decrease in energy (as well as a dry mouth). Hopefully that will serve as a reminder for future mornings.
How was your con in NY? Glad to see that Eli's hair is coming back.
Tonight we at least begin the defrocking of the Christmas tree.

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 98 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 56 g pineapple raspberry kringle, 89 g pecan kringle, 2 satsuma mandarins
3:00 pm 2 chocolate pizzelles, small piece peppermint candy cane
5:30 pm Chicken stew, 12 oz skim milk, 28 g molasses cookies
