Tues 3 Jan

It was inevitable, but today is back to work day. At least I get to start the new year with a 4-day work week. It was really nice to have such a relaxing long weekend to recharge the batteries. I'm also feeling pretty good about the new exercise regime. Hopefully I'll still feel good about it when it's time to suck it in and move up to the top level.


Food:

6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
11:00 am 2 Dutch mints, 1 pc butter toffee peanut
12:00 pm Bowl chili, 1/3 c shredded cheddar, 2 tbl sour cream, 1 breadstick
1:30 pm 1 Hershey's mint truffle kiss, 1 Bliss dark chocolate
3:45 pm 1/4 c butter toffee peanuts
5:45 pm Chicken biryani, 12 oz skim milk, 1 minty mallow
