Happy New Year! Went to bed at 10 last night so today is my first taste of Apocalypse year.
Did the Ramp It Up routine again; still wipes me out. I hope I'll be ready to move up to the next level in a week or so, but for now this level does me in. I do feel ever so slightly stronger than the first time or two, but it's gradual.
Enjoyed the Packer game, and am now settled in to start my new Top Chef season. Well, I did exercise this morning so now I can be a slug for awhile, right?
Food:
8:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm 2 eggs over easy, 2 strips bacon, 1/2 c hash browns, 2 cinnamon streusel pancakes, coffee
1:45 pm 2 slices TJ dark chocolate orange
6:30 pm 3.25 oz white meat turkey, 1/2 c stuffing, 1 tbl gravy, 1/2 c broccoli casserole, 1/2 c peppermint ice cream, hot fudge
