Don't know how I missed my blog this morning, unless I typed it in and didn't hit Publish. Must have been more tired than I realized.

Making my 3-bean Moroccan stew with added chopped ham. I think it will blend well with the flavor profile.



Food:

7:00 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 86 g raspberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice L'Oven 100% whole wheat bread, 2.5 oz ham, orange
1:30 pm White chocolate peppermint pretzel rod
5:15 pm 1 Ritz cracker w/1 tbl salmon spread
6:15 pm 1 1/2 c Moroccan bean stew, 1/4 c diced ham, 12 oz skim milk, 1 dark chocolate sea salt caramel
