The girl is tired. Body is feeling recent exercise, including new moves, but frustrated because I'm not sure I put much energy into this morning's workout even though it tired me. But the scale inched slightly below my recent best level this morning, so that's encouraging. Maybe even enough to motivate me not to be too indulgent this weekend. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am Mushroom onion swiss omelet, 1 1/2 pc homemade wheat toast w/butter, 1 pkg marmalade, 1 wedge cantaloupe, 1 wedge honeydew, 2 thin wedges orange, coffee 12:30 pm 1 cup Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk 1:15 pm 1 Peeps chick 4:15 pm Chocolate calcium chew 5:30 pm Culver's 6 pc fried shrimp, 1 container shrimp sauce, green beans, 16 oz diet Pepsi Exercise: 4:45-5:55 am Coach Nicole's workout DVD 4:35-5:10 pm Cardio Dance DVD
