Got through two cardio dance DVDs this morning with a little more energy. Still haven't mastered the Reggaeton one, but I do notice it's getting better. Dad didn't want leftovers again tonight and we had errands to run so we did Noodles. Haven't been there for a long time and the food was really quite good. Bought Mother's Day cards for both moms, birthday card for Catherine, sympathy card for Judy Bablitch whose husband just passed away, and RETIREMENT!!! card for Bill Pyke. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, Costco cinnamon pound coffeecake, 164 g strawberries 2:00 pm 2 French cookies - coffee 6:15 pm Noodles small Garden Pesto Cavatappi, lemon water Exercise: 4:45-5:17 am Salsa Dance DVD 5:18-5:53 am Reggaeton DVD
