It was hard to exercise this morning. I wasn't too tired to get up, but getting moving was work. I made it through, though perhaps with a little less enthusiasm than usual. Sometimes I wonder if exercising before breakfast truly is a contributing factor to less energy. Doing breakfast with my client this morning since we'll be out of town Thurs/Fri. We're going to the Blue Top because the loser owner of JoJo's apparently didn't pay his electric bill long enough that they shut him off. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am 1 slice cinnamon swirl French toast, 2 tbl peanut butter, 1/2 c sliced banana, 1 tbl pancake syrup, coffee 12:15 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, hot cross bun, slice Jarlsberg, 152 g strawberries 5:00 pm 7 g kettle corn PopChips 6:00 pm 1/3 spinach ricotta flatbread Exercise: 4:45-5:05 am Kick Box DVD 5:05-5:45 am Bootcamp DVD 6:30-7:30 pm Barre class
