Legs are tired this morning. Was struggling a bit by the end of the dance video. Bought a pork roast stuffed with spinach, feta, and sausage yesterday evening at Copps; will roast it today. Looks really interesting.
Food:
8:30 am Laura's oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c wild blueberries, soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 100 g blackberries, coffee
11:15 am Small chocolate-topped rice krispie treat, white choc chip cookie, cookie
12:15 pm 2 eggs, 3 pc bacon, 1.5 pancakes, 1 tbl whipped butter, 1 tbl pancake syrup, coffee
3:45 pm 2 Butterfinger nest eggs

7:35-8:05 am Cardio Dance DVD
4:35-5:45 pm Walk with Bob
