We're going to the Olympia for Heather's birthday lunch today. Thinking maybe gyros, otherwise eggs. Did the new video set's bootcamp DVD this morning which is much more strenuous than the other bootcamp DVDs I have, though I suppose that's affected by doing the 20-min Cardio Kick first. Had my mammogram and then a full-body checkover by the dermatologist. He didn't like the look of the tiny dark spot in the center of my sternum so he took it off and is sending it to pathology to be checked out. Going to Amy Beversdorf's new Barre class tonight. Mary graciously gave me a Thurs night lesson time to accommodate. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 103 g blackberries, coffee 10:00 am 1 Reese's egg 12:00 pm 1/2 Gyro w/4 oz meat, 1/2 wrap, sliced tomato/onion, 2 tbl cucumber sauce 3:00 pm 1 Reese's egg 5:30 pm Bean casserole, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:05 am Cardio Kick DVD 5:05-5:50 am Bootcamp DVD 6:30-7:30 pm Barre/Pilates/weights class
