Sooooo sorry to hear your prelims were postponed and you now have to go through this anticipatory agony again.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:00 pm 1/2 Mediterranean wrap w/shaved prime rib, lettuce, tomato, small amt wasabi/cucmber sauce, 3/4 c homemade potato chips
1:30 pm Chocolate chip cookie
4:00 pm 1 Kopiko cappucino candy, 1 butterscotch See's Little Pops
5:45 pm Fusia Shrimp stir fry, 12 oz skim milk

4:45-5:40 am Kristi Yamaguchi workout DVD
6:05-6:25 pm Walk to Studio B
6:30-7:30 pm Barre class
7:40-8:00 pm Walk home
