8:15 am 1 c oatmeal, 1 tbl brown sugar, 1/4 c raisins, 4 oz skim milk, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice Costco cinnamon pound coffeecake, 188 g strawberries
2:45 pm 1 Kopiko Cappucino candy
5:45 pm 1 serving Fusia shrimp stir fry, 12 oz skim milk, 2 French cookies - coffee
