Sun 14 Apr

Managed to complete my 10,000 steps just barely before bed last night. We didn't go to as many stores as usual in Madison so I didn't walk as much as I thought I would there. I had done a cardio video at home and walked to and from my hair appointment, but I still came home with about 450 steps to go. Unloading the car and putting things away and getting ready for bed just got me to 10,007! (Not that I obsess about numbers or anything like that!) Gave in to a bad impulse and finished the bag of malted milk eggs. Now my tummy is a little iffy. Food: 8:30 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 98 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am 1/2 mushroom swiss 3-egg omelette, 2 thin slices wheat toast w/butter, 1 pkg blackberry jam, 1 pkg strawberry jam, wedge cantaloupe, slice pineapple, coffee 4:00 pm 6 Fiesta eggs 6:20 pm 66 g ham, 175 g strawberries Exercise: 6:55-7:45 am Ballet DVD 7:45-8:20 am Cardio Dance DVD
