Particularly juicy grapefruit this morning - nice pamplemousse! Getting geared up for a week on call and hoping it's not an overly active one. Haven't heard as much in the last week or two, but prior to that people were having really crazy weeks with frequent calls. I could do without that, thanks. Am really enjoying the variety of new Cardio Dance DVDs. They are more active than some of the plain aerobics, more challenging to keep track of choreography, and earn me a lot of steps for the day. Still some fruit left in the Wellness box in the break room. Making lentil soup with ham for dinner. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee 10:30 am Small banana 11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, bean casserole, chocolate chip cookie 12:45 pm 1 Peeps chick 2:15 pm 1 Reese's egg 4:45 pm 1 dark chocolate Peepster 6:15 pm Lentil soup w/ham, 6 oz Sprecher's Black Bavarian Exercise: 4:45-5:40 am Cardio Dance DVD
