Meeting Kathy to walk at 7:30 this morning. Feeling a bit sleepy today. At this point, thinking I won't go to the gym between my walk and my 12:15 voice lesson with Mary. Life has been too busy this week, especially the last couple of days. Last night, Dad and I both needed quite a few steps, so we walked to Michele's for date night. Killed two birds with one stone and had a very nice dinner with leftovers for tonight or tomorrow.
Food:
6:55 am 1 c Shreddies, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee
9:10 am 2 pumpkin spice pizzelles, coffee
11:25 am Slice Omega 3 bread (toast), 1 tbl Jif, med banana, 2 oz soy milk, 33 g cheddar cheese, 22 g salami, matcha tea
2:20 pm Slice rum bundt cake
Exercise:
7:30-9:00 am Walk with Kathy
12:00-12:15 pm Walk to Suzuki
2:00-2:15 pm Walk home
