I am particularly looking forward to today as I don't have anything necessary on my schedule so I can stay home and structure my own day. I could go to Sh'Bam at 9 am at the gym, but I think I'll work out at home with videos instead.
What a perfect evening for a hike!
Food:
7:10 am Pain aux raisins, 1/4 med cantaloup, 101 g blackberries, coffee
12:10 pm 1 c Shreddies, 1/2 c light original soy milk, sm banana, 2 licorice ice
4:35 pm 2 pumpkin spice pizzelles
7:15 pm Tomato basil tortellini, garlic bread, 16 oz Seattle cider

11:30-12:00 pm Leslie Sansone 2/5 Fat Burning Miles DVD
2:00-2:40 pm Walk to Anchor Bank and back
5:40-6:55 pm Hiking Rib
