Noticed that the gym offers the Sh'Bam class on Tuesdays as well, but at 9 instead of 9:30 so I plan to try to make it. Today I'm trying underdressing with my exercise clothes and will shower at home.
Got my photo scanner working last night so I can start to make some progress on that project. It works really slick!
Food:
7:40 am Apple cider donut, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 51 g raspberries, coffee
11:25 am Sausage/bean stew, med banana w/1/2 c light original soy milk, Nestle 20 cal cocoa
12:15 pm 2 pc Licorice Ice
2:15 pm 1/3 peanut butter chocolate bar
4:15 pm Dark chocolate pretzel bark
6:45 pm 16 oz Seattle cider, salmon club sandwich, 1 c steamed broccoli
Exercise:
8:55-9:00 am Treadmill warmup
9:00-9:45 am Sh'Bam class
1:25-2:10 pm Walk downtown area errands
5:25-6:25 pm Partial hike of Rib
