I expect to be very sore after Body Pump today as I am quite stiff/sore going in. Need to start shaping those muscles up, so no time like the present. I do plan to take a couple of ibuprofen before I leave just to help me make it through. Busy day today in that I will come home from the gym, maybe sneak in a short cardio/active recovery, then shower, lunch, 3 hrs at Bootstrap, then hiking as the forecast is lovely. I should be sufficiently tired at the end of the day. Good thing Taylor came and stayed late last night and not tonight. Food: 7:35 am Sm piece Costco coffee cake, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 100 g raspberries, coffee 12:15 pm 2 oz leftover prime rib, 1/2 c leftover hash browns w/onion, med SweeTango apple w/cinnamon sugar 3:00 pm Sm sliver pecan kringle 4:25 pm 24 g dark chocolate angel food candy 6:30 pm 7 oz pub burger w/provolone, lettuce, tomato, pickles, 1 c steamed broccoli, 16 oz Seattle cider 7:45 pm Zanzibar chocolate/mint on your pillow ice cream Exercise: 9:30-10:30 am Body Pump class 11:00-11:30 am Jessica Smith Low-Impact HIIT Cardio DVD 5:00-6:00 pm Hiking at Rib
