A cool October morning, with time to walk to church, do laundry, choir practice. A bye week for the Packers, so no game to take up part of the day. Good to be home.
Food:
8:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk
12:10 pm 2 slices French toast w/45 cal Light N Fit bread, 2 eggs, 1/4 c almond milk, .15 tbl butter, 1 tbl maple syrup, med apple w/cinnamon sugar
6:40 pm 2 w/w toaster waffles, .25 tbl butter, Stonyfield Oh My Yog pumpkin yogurt
Exercise:
9:10-9:30 am Walk to church
11:05-11:25 am Walk home
