I really enjoy my restful Tuesdays. They give me a chance to take stock of things that need doing and look at some serious relaxation. Today I'll look at progress on the will tasks, maybe bake pumpkin bread, plan a pork roast supper in the pressure cooker, and plan overnight oatmeal for tomorrow.
Food:
8:05 am Morning bun, 99 g blackberries, coffee
12:15 pm 2 slices 45 cal toast, 2 tbl peanut butter, med apple w/cinnamon sugar
Exercise:
1:35-2:05 pm Neighborhood walk
