How very pleasant to have a full day to myself after all this week. Since I walked with Kathy yesterday and tutoring is now on Tuesday, Thursday is completely free today. I celebrated by sleeping in til 7:30. Food: 8:20 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c soy milk, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:25 pm 2 scrambled eggs, slice Omega 3 toast w/butter & raspberry jam Exercise: 9:30-10:10 am Dancing with the Stars DVD 11:30-11:50 am Walk to courthouse & back
