Hopefully we'll be able to do the Rib Mt trek tonight - at this point, I'm not aware of any schedule conflicts. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow to celebrate your 24th birthday!

I hate to admit it, but I don't get the Blucher Yourmometer. Kindly explain to an old person. Gotcha, haven't seen that movie in very many years.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk 153 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, slice whole wheat toast, 1 tbl nutella, 94 g red grapes
1:00 pm Lightly Salted rice cake
2:00 pm 1/4 c cinnamon almonds
7:15 pm Salad, 1 tbl bleu cheese dressing, slice bread w/1/2 pat butter, 1 crab cake, 1 tbl melted butter, medium baked potato, 2 tbl whipped butter 1 1/ tbl sour cream, 1/4 c coleslaw, 1/2 c cookie dough ice cream, 1 tbl Hershey's syrup
8:30 pm 1 Butterfinger egg



Exercise:

5:05-6:05 am Pilates mat
4:50-6:20 pm Rib Mountain hike
