Lovely day with Phil and Leigha. They joined us after they got off work yesterday evening to share the margaritas and appetizer basket, then returned this morning to join us for breakfast. The hotel allowed them to purchase tickets for breakfast and it was well worth the cost. We were able to get on the road around 8 am for Door County, stopping to drop off the bus at their digs. The weather was overcast and a little drizzly for the first part of the day, so we primarily drove around to show them the sights, but the sun came out later so we were better able to walk around. We did the tower at Peninsula and walked down by the water to skip rocks. Lunch was at the Cookery in Fish Creek. They were enchanted by the goats on the roof at Al's. We also got out on the beach at Ephraim to take some photos. Nice day.
