Thurs 24 Sept

Saw your response to Dad's email that your big decision is to eschew the corporate world and return to grad school next year. This is a good time to feel comfortable with that decision so you can explore all your options and make the arrangements. It's good that you tried this option and were lucky to have an opportunity to try it in a good setting. If a good setting isn't satisfying, you know it isn't just because you had a crummy job or a poor opportunity. You know it's just not what you want. I hope you find a direction that is more fulfilling. I so want you to be happy.

I'm wiped out after a day at camp. Enjoyed kayaking around the lake for the first time ever, even if I did end up with my lap full of water dripping off the paddle. I expect my shoulders will be sore tomorrow.

3:00 pm 1 oz? Fritos
5:30 pm 3 oz meatloaf, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1/4 beef gravy, 1/2 c canned green beans, 8 oz 2% milk, mint frosted brownie

Yeah, not sure where I'll end up, but corporate America isn't for me. I'm going to spend a couple of months exploring options, seeing what's out there, and where I can go with what I have. I'll keep you guys in the loop.
