This sudden changeover to cool weather is disconcerting. People seem a little stressed. Michael is depressed these days, so if you can talk to him and help at all, it would be appreciated.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1 container Gerber baby prunes
12:00 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice pineapple bread, 1 tbl peanut butter, large banana
2:30 pm 2 LifeSavers, 1 Milano cookie, 1 lightly salted rice cake
6:00 pm 3.8 oz roast beef, 1/2 c potatoes, 1/2 c carrots, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
8:15 pm 1/2 c Roundy's Light Heavenly Hash ice cream
