Fri 19 Nov

Decided to give myself a little break and truncate my Pilates mat today after side series. I've been good with longer exercise sessions this week. Jordan is meowing a storm at me and I don't know what he wants. He is currently sitting on Dad's keyboard staring at me.

Went to the craft and bake sale at County Home this morning. Got Grandma a tin of fudge and a small bag of chocolate chip cookies, a strawberry/rhubarb pie and 2 peanut butter krispie treats for Dad and me.

Went out to Clancy's in Custer for fish. Nice to do something on a Friday evening. They had the State football tournament with SPASH on TV; SPASH lost.

Question: The REI sale catalog has a CycleOps Magnetic Bike Trainer on sale for $139.99. Would that be what you are looking for? If so, I will order it for you from Grandma. Also what about the cross country ski packages with skis, boots, bindings and poles. Would you like a package from us? You will probably need to go to the store to be sure you get the right size equipment. Let me know what you think.

Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, white chocolate orange scone, med pear
6:00 pm Filet baked cod w/seasoned crumbs, 1/4 c vinegar cole slaw, 1/2 c roasted red garlic potatoes, slice pumpernickel rye w/1 tsp butter, 9 oz Smithwick's ale
7:00 pm 1/6 strawberry/rhubarb pie

Exercise:

5:00-5:50 am Truncated Pilates mat

Yes, that's what I'm looking for in a cycle trainer. Re: skis, Dad and I could stop by REI on Tuesday before we head back to Point and check stuff out, if you like, and then you can get all internet-y on Black Friday.
