Nothing makes me feel quite so old as doing the original Jane Fonda workout. All the "class" are 20-something dancer types and I really can't quite keep pace with a few of the exercises, getting in 6 reps while they do 8. I do feel accomplished when I make it to the end, though.
I don't want to be too hopeful, but it appears that extra water and extra sleep yesterday have decreased the cold symptoms. Maybe it didn't get a good foothold and will just go away.
It's days like today that make me look forward eagerly to retirement. I would love to say, "Screw work today! It's too nice. I want to go hike in the woods." Sadly, I can't.
I saw my "donut lady" again today. I need to learn to find a healthy alternative to joining her in donut consumption. I do try to choose something small, but maybe a small muffin would be better.

Muffins are actually pretty bad for you in general - just try to find something small and slightly more whole grain.
