Glad it's Friday with an unscheduled weekend ahead. I see Keaton's coming to Madison; hope you have a good time together.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 small cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice cranberry bread, 56 g honey turkey, large orange
12:30 pm Fun size Snickers
4:15 pm 4 oz spiced cider, 12 oz Smirnoff Raspberry Ice, 5 ginger snaps w/pumpkin dip, miscellaneous few Tastefully Simple samples
6:00 pm 3 large grilled shrimp, 3 oz grilled flank steak, 1/2 c jasmine rice, 3 large cucumber slices, 1/8 c julienne carrots/daikon, 1/2 c clear broth-like soup, small fried pita pocket w/1/2 c blueberry nonfat frozen yogurt and 1 tbl triple berry sauce
