Sat 6 Nov

Went to bed early last night as I just couldn't stay awake any longer and stayed in bed til just after 8 this morning. Hopefully with gaining an hour at time change tonight, I will come out of this weekend feeling well-rested. We may try to go hiking at Rib this afternoon.

I have found that relegating the soy milk to breakfast means I'm going through it MUCH slower. I hope what I have on hand doesn't go bad before I get to it. I'm rather glad to be drinking regular milk again for supper as I feared building up a lactose intolerance if I cut back too much.


Food:

8:45 am 1 serving Hodgson's Mill Multigrain hot cereal, 1/2 c frozen wild blueberries, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 oz light original soy milk, 1/4 small cantaloupe, coffee
10:15 am 1/3 c skim milk, 2 tbl Bellagio sipping chocolate
11:45 am .45 oz Peanut M&Ms
12:15 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice cranberry bread, large orange
1:15 pm Snickers Fun Size
5:45 pm 10 oz prime rib, au jus, 3/4 c green beans, 3/4 c garlic mashed potaotes, 8 oz Scotch ale
7:30 pm Culver's hot fudge sundae w/mint oreo



Exercise:

1:45-2:10 pm Wii Fit
3:20-5:20 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
