Did a kickboxing video I hadn't done before; 60 min including two different types of workouts. I do sweat when I do kickboxing.
Michael mentioned wanting to get together to bake with me, possibly tonight. I had to remind him that I tire pretty early so we have to start early. Don't know if he'll remember. He said he'd like to bake bread and pie. If he's thinking yeast bread, I fear we'll have to plan that on a Saturday afternoon.
Very nice lunch with coworkers today at Grazie's. We overstayed our time a bit but it was a great time to relax together, a commodity that has been painfully short of late.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
10:30 am Rice Krispie treat
12:15 pm 2 half-slices buttered sourdough, 4 oz sliced roast beef, 1 slice melted Swiss, 1/8 c portabella mushrooms, 1/8 c caramelized onions, pickle spear, cup cream of mushroom soup
2:00 pm 1 LifeSaver
4:45 pm Mounds miniature
5:30 pm York mini
6:00 pm 3.4 oz rotisserie chicken, 1 c acorn squash, 1 tsp soft margarine, 2 tbl guacamole, 1 sm slice baguette, 12 oz skim milk
