It's always nice to have a long weekend to really reset your routine, but having an active on-call during that time was somewhat mitigating. I'm very glad this was my last on-call week for 2010. One more evening tonight and I'm done til January.
Nice to enjoy a fresh, hot cup of coffee with lunch to help cure the chilliness. Making some use of my Keurig anyway.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 small cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, wheat dinner roll, 2 oz leftover roast beef, clementine, coffee
2:30 pm Halloween chocolate-bottom cookie
6:45 pm Italian casserole, 1 c steamed broccoli, 12 oz skim milk, 1/2 c peppermint ice cream, hot fudge
