The Kathy Smith weights video exercises are pretty good but I really dislike how much you need to listen to her prattle before you get to the workout. I haven't figured out how to skip to the meat. I suppose I could stand with my hand on the FF button but that's also annoying. Whine, whine.

Had some discomfort in the torso during morning bathroom routine time. Kept thinking of Gordon having the big one in the shower. I thought that was a good choice to go since it's quick and clean, but I'm not really ready yet. I'm pretty sure it's just gas running around loose in there, but it still doesn't feel very good.

REALLY enjoyed our excellent family meal tonight!


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee
12:15 pm Blueberry soy shake, white chocolate orange scone
4:30 pm Clementine
6:45 pm 5 oz burgundy pepper beef roast, 3 small slices baguette, 3/4 c broccoli, 7 oz champagne, 1 c peppermint ice cream, 2 servings hot fudge
