Here we go for another week. I do feel somewhat rested and ready to go after a nice day with you in Madison Saturday and the unexpected 2-hour nap yesterday, but it still consumes energy just to gear up for the week. Once it gets going, it's all inertia. Going to the gym tonight may get my energy back on track.

Forgot to pick up the unwanted almond butter from your house. Next time.

Found a Top Chef-style show featuring bakers on the elliptical TV that kept me entertained through the hour workout. It is a good concept, just difficult to find anything that interests me most of the time.

Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 large grapefruit, 1/2 med cantaloupe, coffee
9:30 am Peanut candy, 2 white chocolate pretzels
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1 slice Brownberry Oatnut toast, 1 tbl almond butter, 1 med orange
3:15 pm 1/4 c mixed nuts
7:00 pm 4 oz extra lean ground beef, 1/2 c Prego HeartSmart mushroom sauce, 1/8 c chopped green pepper, 1/8 c chopped onion, 1 c whole wheat spaghetti, 1/2 tbl shredded parmesan, Motts Plus Fiber cranberry/raspberry sauce cup, 12 oz skim milk
