So nice to sleep in until ready to get up on my own. 8 am was fine, as long as it was my choice. Would like to get to the gym today, laundry of course, cantor at 5 pm mass, and Knowlton's party tonight. Enough to do without being overwhelming.
Dad and I are considering doing an all-inclusive in Riviera Maya in early March for our spring break. CheapCaribbean has a good deal on the Secrets resorts. We crave warm. Went past consideration to booking Mar 7-11.
Food:
8:30 am Lavish chocolate instant oatmeal, 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 large grapefruit, 1/2 c blueberries, 2 K-cups coffee
1:15 pm 1 c (thick) tomato basil soup, small salad with mixed greens, 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 tbl dried cranberries, 1 tbl candied walnuts, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, 1 tsp balsamic viniagrette
2:00 pm 8 oz Silk Chocolate MInt
6:45 pm 2 2/3 slices medium hand-tossed Pizza Hut Veggie Lover's pizza
