Felt really wonderful to get a massage last night. I can feel range of movement in my back this morning that hasn't been there for awhile. I really need to try to get in about once every 6 weeks for as tight as I get in between.
Alas, another short lunch day and I have a late appointment tomorrow so I can't even have an early Friday to make it up.
I tend to think of my afternoon matzos snack as my lembas. Makes me savor each nibble a bit more, and unlike a hobbit, I don't eat 3 or 4 of them.
What's the deadline for you to raise your pledges for the Polar Plunge? I plan to donate but don't want to discourage others if they see you have already met your total, but I don't want to wait too long either.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 large grapefruit, coffee
12:45 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice Earthgrains 7-grain bread, 1 tbl Skippy Natural PB, 1 tbl raspberry jam
3:15 pm Mediterranean matzos wafer
6;15 pm 3.2 oz roast beef, 1/2 c couscous with pine nuts, 1/3 c leftover green beans, 12 oz skim milk, 1/2 c Culver's eggnog brickle custard
