Two nights in a row of really good sleep really helps refresh the body and soul. Don't know whether to credit the better sleep to the workouts earlier in the evening or the ibuprofen and ginger-scented hand lotion just before crawling into bed, but whatever the reason, I appreciate the rest.

I have Intake this morning at work, and I'm hoping for very few calls as I have a to-do list a mile long to accomplish when not occupied with calls.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 c blueberries, coffee
12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, slice Brownberry Oatnut toast, 1 tbl almond butter, med orange
1:30 pm 23 g molasses cookie, 1/4 c TJ cinnamon almonds
6:00 pm Baked pork chop, 1/2 c Thai yellow rice, 1 1/2 c Steamfresh broccoli, 12 oz skim milk, Jello chocolate lovers pudding cup
