Did a full Patrick Pilates mat today. Something about that workout, even when you have been actively exercising, that finds every muscle group and turns them to jelly.
Cracked open my last big Costco grapefruit this morning, and at least a week til I can get back down to Madison for more. Sigh.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 large grapefruit, coffee
9:30 am 1 Fox's Chocolatey cookie
1:30 pm Strawberry/banana soy shake, slice 12-grain toast, 1 tbl almond butter, 1/3 c acorn squash
3:45 pm Chocolate-covered Ritz/peanut butter sandwich
5:45 pm Chocolate-covered cherry, 1 pc English toffee

5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
