Made it through the (seemingly) longest month of the year. Body feels a little achy today, but made it through exercise anyway. I think I'm just jealous that Dad had a sick day yesterday doing little except resting and reading, and I want one, too. Problem is, I prefer not to get sick to get it.

Will try hard to motivate to go to the gym tonight, even though it's a big "don' wanna!" day. I always appreciate having one day of the week done on Monday.

Hope your quals went well today - anxious to hear your feelings. Thought of you all day today. Hope the energy helped.


Food:

7:15 am Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, 1/2 large grapefruit, 1/2 c blueberries, coffee
12:00 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice Nutty Oat toast, 1 tbl Skippy Natural peanut butter, small banana
3:45 pm Yoplait Chocolate Raspberry Parfait
6:45 pm 3 oz ground round, 1/8 c chopped green pepper, 1/8 c chopped onion, 1/2 c Prego Veggie Smart pasta sauce, 1 c Fit N Active whole wheat thin spaghetti, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, Mott's Fiber Plus Cranberry/Raspberry sauce, 12 oz skim milk, 1 pc chocolates, 1 Fox's Chocolatey cookie
